Here’s the truth about four-day weeks: you’re still required to squeeze five-days’ worth of work in. So I don’t know about you, but I’m so ready for the weekend. I mean, don’t get me wrong. I’m not complaining. The three-day weekend was really lovely. I spent a few days at the Oregon coast with friends, which involved barefoot walks on the beach, long games of Cards Against Humanity, wine in plastic cups, and sleeping on the top bunk. All in all a phenomenal little get away. My saving grace coming back to reality this week was that the internet was full of hilarious things. Here’s a glimpse at some of the things that kept me going. I hope they help you get through, too.
